Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations, Payments, Cancellations, and Reschedules

 

• Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.

• Cancellations

  •  ≥60 days before event → Full refund (less 10% administrative fee)

  •  31–59 days → 50% refund

  •  ≤30 days or no-shows → No refund

​

• Reschedules

  • 30–23 days before event → \$150 fee

  • 22–15 days → \$250 fee

  • ≤14 days → Not permitted

  • Rescheduled date must fall within 6 months of original booking.

  • Exclusive discount bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-reschedulable.

 

​2. Security Deposit​

​​​

• A refundable security deposit (amount specified in invoice) is payable before the event.

​

• Refund will be processed within 7 working days after the event, subject to deductions for damages, overtime, or unpaid charges.

​

• Any deductions will be notified in writing.

3. Use of Venue

 

• Rental period is strictly as stated in the booking. Overtime will be charged on an hourly block basis.

​

• Renter is responsible for conduct and welfare of all guests. Dangerous, unlawful, or negligent activities may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Damages & Restoration​

​​​

• Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear to Company property.

​

• Repair or replacement costs must be paid within 7 days of invoice.

​

• Smoking indoors incurs a $250 restoration fee.
   

5. Specific Rules
 

• Renter must be at least 18 years old. Children must be supervised at all times.

​

• Pets are not allowed without prior approval and are subject to additional rules/fees.

​

• Open flames, fire, and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability
 

• The Company’s total aggregate liability to the Renter for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the venue shall be limited to an amount not exceeding the total rental fee paid by the Renter.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude the Company’s liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • willful misconduct.

7. Force Majeure
 

• The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

8. Indemnity
 

• Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents against all claims, losses, or damages arising out of Renter’s use of the venue.

9. Personal Data

​

• Personal data will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the *Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)*.

10. Governing Law
 

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

​

11. Miscellaneous:
 

• Furniture/equipment must not be moved without prior consent. External equipment generating noise, odour, or fire hazards requires approval.​

• If you have moved any furniture, please return it to its original location. A fee will be assessed for any furniture that has been relocated by our staff.

• Adhere strictly to using Blu Tack for decorations on the wall or ceiling. A fee will be assessed for any damages by our staff.

• Tampering with the CCTV or the powerpoint to which it is connected is strictly prohibited. A fine of $150 will be imposed. This is to protect your interest in the event of any disputes

• Hard objects must not be thrown into the toilet bowl. Plumbing fees will apply if this rule is not followed.

• Do not leave food or drinks on the pool table. You will be charged a fee of $350 for spills, damages, or stains.

• Please ensure that the type of event you declared is strictly adhered to.
